Items purchased from VASTRA (https://meravastra.com/) are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Sale items are typically not eligible for return or exchange, but exceptions may be made for defective items.
Return Process
Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box. Include the return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.
Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided by our customer support team using a shipping method that allows for tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refund
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets all the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours.
Refunds will be issued via online banking/UPI’s method used.
Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective Item
If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by VASTRA.
