Refund and Return

Eligibility

  • Items purchased from VASTRA (https://meravastra.com/) are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are typically not eligible for return or exchange, but exceptions may be made for defective items.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box. Include the return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided by our customer support team using a shipping method that allows for tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets all the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours.
  • Refunds will be issued via online banking/UPI’s method used.
  • Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Defective Item

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by VASTRA.
